About
Does the business have a charter that everything else rests upon?
If the question caught you off guard, you are not alone. Usually there is simply no one to ask it: you are at the top and everyone else is buried in routine. This is exactly where we start the conversation — with strategic questions that look at the cause, not the symptom.

Familiar mottos
“If you want it done well, do it yourself.” “If only I could clone myself, then things would move.” “You cannot find managers with initiative and nerve.”
If this is about your company, there are three pieces of good news: you are not alone, it is solvable, and you have come to the right place. When a business hangs on one person and holidays are taken “with the work phone on”, the quietest question of all is what it is all for.
What we believe
A motive gives rise to an idea, the idea to goals and tasks, and tasks direct time, attention and effort towards a result. That is what a healthy business is. Behind it there are always people.
Strong initiative appears where everyone understands their own tasks and the mutual expectations they share with their manager. Our work is to build a durable foundation for management: aspiration, discipline, result. What comes out is a team that can grow without being run by hand.
How the work is built
-
01
Diagnostics
A conversation with the leader and the team, self-tests, a walk through the processes. We look for where exactly the result is lost.
-
02
Design
The program is assembled around the task: content, duration, group composition, criteria for the result — before the start and in writing.
-
03
Practice
Trainings, simulations, work through the company’s real cases. Fewer slides — more decisions actually made in the room.
-
04
Follow-up
We have no “former” participants: we stay in touch with clients for decades and come back to the results.
“There is no shame in not knowing; the shame is in not wanting to know. Learning is a skill, and here people learn how to learn.”
What question brought you here?
Describe the task in two sentences — we will come back within the working day with a hypothesis and a preliminary outline. We have no “former” participants: we stay in touch with clients for decades.
